What are your shipping times and rates in Australia?
We try our best to pack and ship your order within 1-2 days from the time your purchase order is confirmed.
Orders in Australia is usually between 3-7 business days for standard delivery and between 1-3 business days for express.
Do you ship internationally?
We will soon be able to ship outside of Australia.
If you’re ordering from outside Australia, please note that shipping times vary based on destination, local customs processing, and courier networks, and delivery can take anywhere from 7-21 business days.

Synthetic insulation is a lightweight, man-made fill that traps warmth like natural down but keeps you warm even when damp.
The Z Light Jacket uses 60gsm insulation, which makes it breathable, quick-drying, and perfect for everyday and every season.
Is The Zvey a winter brand?
Not at all. The Zvey is about getting outdoors all year round. Our first product, the Z Light Jacket, is designed to be versatile—warm for cooler days, light to layer, and comfortable everyday.
We plan to eventually have a variety of products including hats, jumpers, pants, etc.
Our focus is on apparel built for the outdoors.
How light is the Z Light Jacket?
The Z Light Jacket is designed to feel weightless when you’re on the move. Sort of like wearing a light sleeping bag.
Depending on the size, it weighs between 360g and 500g — lighter than a water bottle.
That means it’s easy to pack, carry, and wear all day without feeling bulky, while still keeping you warm with 60gsm synthetic insulation.
